Our Story
Founded on Trust, Built on Expertise
Ursula & Associates was founded in 1996 on a simple belief: people deserve honest guidance when making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. No pressure. No jargon. Just clear information and a genuine commitment to doing right by every client.
Three decades later, that belief still drives the work. Owner and broker Jason Wilson now leads a team of five dedicated professionals who carry that founding philosophy forward. We operate as U.A. Wilson Realty LLC — an independent Cherokee County brokerage — which lets us focus on the relationship instead of a corporate playbook.
Based in Woodstock, Georgia, we have deep roots in Cherokee County. We live here. We raise our families here. We understand the neighborhoods, the school districts, the commute patterns, and the community dynamics that make each area unique.
